Big hotel chains share guest information internally. Independent properties have nothing. Stay Clean gives hotels, guest houses, and homestays across India a shared warning about guests who have caused serious damage — without ever revealing which property reported it.
Unlimited guest entries during the trial · No card required to start
Name and mobile number. Email and Aadhaar last-4 are optional.
If that guest has a review below 3 stars at any property on Stay Clean, you see it before you hand over the keys.
Your review protects the next owner, exactly as theirs protected you.
So Stay Clean is deliberately narrow in what it will and won't do.
Nothing below 3 stars stays private; nothing at 3 stars or above is ever shared.
Other owners see only the city — never who wrote the review.
Information appears only when you actively check that specific guest in.
A warning is information. Stay Clean never refuses a booking on your behalf.
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial including unlimited guest entries. After that it is ₹399 per month for one property. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
No. When another property is warned about a guest, they see the review text, the star rating, the date, and the city of the reviewing property. Your property name, address, and identity are never shown.
By mobile number or email address. Aadhaar last-4 digits only count alongside a matching name, because four digits alone are shared by too many unrelated people to identify anyone reliably.
No. Only the guest name and mobile number are required. Email and Aadhaar last-4 are optional, and Stay Clean never stores a full Aadhaar number.
