Terms of Service

Stay Clean is a subscription service for hotel, guest house, and homestay owners in India. It records guest stays and reviews, and alerts a property when a guest they are checking in has been reviewed below 3 stars at another property using the platform.

One account represents exactly one property. Stay Clean does not take bookings, process guest payments, or act as a travel agent.

You are entering personal data about a third party — your guest. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, and for informing your guests that their details and a review of their stay will be recorded on Stay Clean and may be shown to other properties on the platform.

You must not enter data about a person who is not an actual guest of your property, and you must not enter more data than the platform asks for.

Reviews are written by you, not by Stay Clean. When you write one, you agree that it:

• describes only your own factual experience of that guest's stay;
• is honest, accurate, and not exaggerated;
• relates to conduct or property damage — not to a guest's religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, or any other personal characteristic;
• contains no abusive, obscene, threatening, or defamatory language;
• is not written to retaliate against a guest for a complaint, a negative online review, or a refund request;
• does not include payment card details, full Aadhaar numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.

You are legally responsible for what you write. A review published on Stay Clean can cause another property to refuse that guest. If a review you write is false, malicious, or defamatory, the liability for it is yours, and you agree to indemnify Jhankar Singh, sole proprietor, trading as Viral Nest against any claim arising from it.

When a guest whose record matches yours checks in elsewhere, that property is shown your review text, your star rating, the date of the stay, and the cityof your property. Your property's name, address, and your identity as the reviewer are never disclosed to them.

Reviews are surfaced only at the moment another property attempts to check that specific guest in. There is no browsable directory of guests, and no property can search the database at will.

A warning shown by Stay Clean is information to help you make your own decision. Stay Clean does not refuse, cancel, or block any booking. The decision to accept or refuse a guest is entirely yours, as is responsibility for that decision — including compliance with any law that governs refusing service.

A guest may contact us at stayclean709@gmail.com to dispute a review about them or to request deletion of their data. We may contact you for your account of the stay. We may remove a review or a guest record where we consider it necessary — including where a review appears to breach section 3, or where we are required to act by law.

New accounts include a 30-day free trial with unlimited guest entries, beginning when the account is created. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of ₹399 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes, billed monthly and automatically renewing until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds and cancellation are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If your subscription lapses you will not be able to add new guests. Existing records remain in your account.

Do not share your login, resell access, attempt to extract the guest database in bulk, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use Stay Clean to build a list of people for any purpose other than checking in your own guests.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the rules on reviews in section 3. You may cancel at any time. On closure we retain guest records as described in the Privacy Policy, because those records concern guests rather than you.

Stay Clean is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that the absence of a warning means a guest has no history — a guest may simply have no record on the platform.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

We may update these terms and will note the revision date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
